Tempo che passa..

E difficile nella quotidianità restare costanti..

... i dubbi, i pensieri, gli amori e le delusioni distaccano sempre piu la mente dall' obbiettivo principale, soprattutto quando una società come questa fa si che per definizione il tuo obbiettivo debba essere marginale.
La competizione, quella vera, lo scontro, viene sotterrato ed indebolito da obbiettivi piu materiali come il fatturato, i clienti, la benzina, e cosi' via..

La vera forza di un uomo si vede quando la costanza e in cima alla lista, quando i "falsi obbiettivi" nn sovrastano le passioni, e quando un animo nn si spegne davanti a nulla.

e normale una volta presi tanti pugni, sentire la necessità di sdraiarsi a l tappeto, perche stare in piedi a volte e quasi peggio.. ma un uomo resta tale quando posa i pugni al suolo e si rialza.

piccola critica di un incompetente..

E vero, ho sempre e fatto solo judo, ma da un po di tempo come tutti oramai sapete ho intrapreso (o almeno provo ad intraprendere) la via dell'mma.
Leggendo il regolamento ufficiale dell mma light (ok, preferisco avvicinarmi con cautela!!), mi accorgo che la lotta a terra nn e contemplata per piu di 30 secondi massimo, anche in caso di attivita' del combattimento.. per nn avvantaggiare i lottatori, dicono loro.

probabilmente sono ancora un profano, probabilmente sbaglio, ma allora perche bisogna avvantaggiare i colpitori? se fai un incontro di mma, ti ritrovi a terra, perche bisogna fermare anche se l azione e attiva? questa cosa nn lho proprio capita..

Randy Couture, the face of the Ultimate Fighting Championship and one of mixed martial arts most revered fighters, notified the UFC via fax from South Africa at 11 o'clock Thursday morning that he has chosen to resign from the UFC, "The Natural" confirmed with Sherdog.com."I sent the letter of resignation to the UFC today, resigning not only from my position in the company as a commentator and as an ambassador, but also as the heavyweight champion," Couture said over the phone from South Africa, where he is currently filming a movie."The motivation for the decision is two-fold," he continued. "I know Fedor (Emelianenko) just signed with another organization and that's the only real fight that makes sense for me at 44 years old as the heavyweight champion of the UFC. That's the fight I wanted and if that can't happen it doesn't make sense for me to compete with all these other guys. And then obviously that's not going to happen now. And, two, I'm tired of being taken advantage of, played as the nice guy and basically swimming against the current with the management of the UFC. I have a lot of other things going on in my life that I'm doing just fine with. I don't need the problems. I don't feel like I get the respect I deserve from the organization, and that's motivation No. 2 for the letter of resignation that was sent today."Couture (16-8) is the only fighter in UFC history to hold belts in two weight divisions. The current UFC heavyweight champion, he recaptured the belt in March by coming out of retirement to out-point Tim Sylvia (Pictures). Couture defended the title in August, stopping challenger Gabriel Gonzaga (Pictures) in the third round.The Sylvia win came after a year away from the sport after Couture suffered the second of two knockouts to then UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell (Pictures). Couture won the first bout in the trilogy by capturing an interim UFC light heavyweight title in June of 2003, stopping Liddell in the third period.Couture's ledger in the UFC reads like a who's who. "You hear what other guys were paid signing bonuses and what other guys were paid on the record and off the record with bonuses. I've heard Chuck's numbers. Tito's numbers. Hughes' numbers. Quinton's numbers. Cro Cop, Wanderlei. I heard what they were offering Fedor, and it's insulting."Couture's rocky history with the Zuffa-owned UFC began in 2001."I think what set us off on the wrong foot was that my management [at the time] wasn't willing to give up ancillary rights across the board with no option for some sort of compensation," said Couture, alluding to a reason cited by Emelianenko's representatives as to why the Russian did not end up with the UFC. "All the other athletes at that time were signing those contracts. That created a lot of animosity and got me pulled out of the Carmen Electra campaigns to promote the athletes and the sport and the video game and all that stuff."Beyond the money, both Couture and his wife Kim stressed Thursday's resignation from the UFC was about respect. It's a move "The Natural" acknowledged could have far-reaching effects."Certainly there's personal motivation for resigning and taking a stand for myself," he said. "If it sets a precedence that down the road requires athletes to be treated better than that's icing on the cake."

Calendiario in fase di preparazione per gli eventi che vedranno partecipi gli atletidel Klan bulldogg, in questo caso si parla di una giornata dedicata alla submission fighting, il 25 novembre 2007 in quel di modena.
Gli allenamenti stanno procedendo in maniera ottimale, speranzosi di ua lodevole prestazione.

Si, lo so..

nn e un argomento nuovo, ne tantomeno possiamo definirlo vecchio, perche forse sarebbe un eufemismo.. ma fino ad ora evidentemente nn ci e ancora arrivato nessuno a capire come deve essere composto il combattente perfetto.

Dopo l incontro di alessio, il nostro legionario, sono sorti un po a tutti "gli addetti al settore" (me ne tengo ben fuori ovviamente, sono solo un umile fan sfegatato) dubbi di ogni genere su come debba essere impostato il combattimento perfetto.. a quale disciplina bisognasse fare affidamento.

E sottointeso a mio parere, che l arma migliore è la capacita di adattamento al combattimento, l' elasticita. Ad esempio, sapere che se "lui" si piega lo devo colpire col ginocchio, FARLO, e non lasciarlo come baglio teorico, fare in modo che il tutto diventi meccanico e nn solo teoria da tatami... (non so se rendo l idea.)

LA boxe, la nobile arte, e fondamentale in uno sport come l mma dove gli scambi di braccia sono all ordine del giorno ma probabilmente rappresenta solo una minima parte del reale mma "in piedi".

a mio parere tralasciare le gambe o le ginocchia in particolar modo rappresenta un escludere buona parte del combattimento in piedi probabilmente risultando minimamente svantaggiato.
Per raggiungere un buon bagaglio tecnico, una minima completezza, credo sia fondamentale la conoscenza della thai in piedi in quanto rappresenta l arte del colpire con piu parti del corpo nn solo con i pugni della boxe.
A terra la questione e diversa, secondo me a terra deve prevalere la tecnica, nn e importante l impeto o la furia, ma la capacita tecnica per intuire il momento giusto per fare partire l eventuale choke o la leva di turno. E questione di meccanicità, da acquisire con duro allenamento e forte attitudine.Non sempre infatti,(tornando al discorso di prima) quando si apprende una tecnica si acquista la meccanicita per effettuarla al momento buono.Perche questo accada, deve esserci a mio parere una buona attitudine.

il combatente perfetto deve avere quindi una ottima attitudine al combattimento in piedi,un buon thai boxer con le capacita' di intuizione del momento giusto per la leva e lo strangolamento finale in ogni momento.. indipendentemente della disciplina (judo, ju jitsu submission) che ha studiato fino al giorno prima del combattimento.
